Guidelines for child care settings
Infectious illnesses have and always will always be part of our lives. Nowadays despite, and perhaps because of, the sophistication and complexity of modern living, infectious illnesses retain a high profile in society - globally, nationally,
locally and in the everyday lives of families and individuals.
In recognition of this, and the fact that little written information specifically edicated to childcare was available across the Trust, "Infection Control Guidelines for Childcare Settings" was developed, so that childcare providers in the Western Trust area could access standardised infection control advice dedicated to the needs of their client group.
