The Industrial Pollution Control NI Order 1997 specifies a number of premises which require authorisation to control emissions to the atmosphere.
This necessitates the need to undergo a review of their process and make application to the District Council for an authorisation (Part C process). Authorisations will require the process to comply with a relevant Process Guidance Note.
