Complaints regarding public water supplies are referred to NI Water for investigation.

Private Water Supply 

Private water supplies can be sampled on request e.g. wells and boreholes, and advice provided upon the basis of the results obtained.

Recreational Waters  

Recreational water e.g. swimming pools can be sampled and advice provided upon the basis of the results obtained.
