Amusement Permit Application Or Renewal

Under the Betting, Gaming, Lotteries and Amusements (NI) Order 1985 a permit is granted to an individual which authorises them to provide gaming by means of gaming machines. The Council has a specific condition where no one under 16 is allowed on such premises.
