License Application Or Renewal

Under the Petroleum (Consolidation) Act (NI) 1929 a petroleum licence is required to keep petroleum spirit and/or petroleum mixtures.

Before a licence is granted the Council must satisfy itself that a range of conditions are met to ensure public safety.

Documents required:-

2. Electrical Certificate
3. Delivery dockets
4. Plans of the premises.
