Fly Posting

Fly posting is the illegal displaying of advertisement posters on public or private property without permission.

Similarly to fly tipping or illegal dumping, fly posting is an eye-sore to the environment and is extremely costly to remove.

Individuals and businesses persisting in fly posting are subject to a fixed penalty fine up to £2,500 or prosecution which may result in imprisonment.
