• 2 Councillors from each of the five constituent Councils (Omagh - employer council, Derry, Fermanagh, Limavady and Strabane) - 31.05.2009

Day/Time of meeting:
• Quarterly - day and time varies

Officers reporting:
• Group Chief Environmental Health Officer

Remit:
• Deal with the appointment of group environmental health staff
• Co-ordinate and monitor the provision of environmental health services within the areas of the councils in the group and between groups
• Advise the employer council and councils within the group on any requests from a public body or government department for the provision of environmental health services
• Ensure that councils prepare district environmental health plans and that these follow best practice, are consistent within the group and maintain high standards of environmental health service provision
